Facilities

partyFrom quaint outdoor gathering spaces to spacious exterior events for concerts and festivals of all sizes, the spaces in this facility will harken you back to a time when cattle roamed free and cowboys weren’t something you just read about. There are small “cowboy campfire” areas, camping and retreat spots, amphitheaters, and 20 acres of just plain open space, perfect for a Fair or Arts and Music Festivals. The Navasota river flows directly through the property as well, offering some aquatic entertainment.

Our River Hall. a 16,000 square foot space, is finished with hand-hewn wavy red cedar and tin siding. It’s truly a site to see. The Bar is spacious and there are several “Venues” from private seating areas to open “listening room” areas. This hall was built for entertainment and houses 3 separate stages, accommodating every level of performer from the local up-and-comer to nationally touring acts.

We also operate a Meeting/ Special Events hall named “Outback Hall”. This spacious, 3000 square foot “Grand Ballroom” has all of the amenities to handle corporate meetings, Weddings and Receptions, parties, and meetings of all types. It has a full professional kitchen and private rooms suitable for brides, grooms, officiants, and more private places to meet prior to your event. We’ve thought of your every need in building this beautiful facility.

michael-240x300Michael Havens has always been a lover of fine art. The “Double Back Mercantile” is a freestanding, 9,600 square foot space dedicated to selling fine arts and crafts from local artisans, as well as handcrafted “rustic” furnishings and even some specialized Western Wear. You’ll be able to browse the spacious art installations and enjoy what our local artists have created. And when you find the perfect piece, you know… the one that moves you, you can purchase it and take it home for mounting in just the perfect place.

This is truly a special place. It would take you more than an entire day to take in the splendor of what Michael has lovingly created over the last 7 years, and largely of his own sweat and labor. Make plans to come and visit this monumental facility. And then make plans to come back again, and again…
